Visiting elderly people who feel alone is important work. After all; “above all we need love.” We are seeking volunteers to visit elderly people in their homes. We have many people who would like to be visited but not enough volunteers. We ask all of our visitation volunteers to commit to a weekly half hour visit with their elderly friend. Fingerprinting is required. We will assist you in this process.  Please call Rosie Lenhart to volunteer or recommend a person in need of a visitor at (321) 452-4434.

  • Grief Support - There is a Bereavement Support Group which meets at the Sunflower House, in the Merritt Island Mall, across from Sports Authority, the first Thursday of each month, from 2:30 until 4:00.  All are welcome, and sign up is not required.

  • Elizabeth Ministry -   Elizabeth Ministry at Our Saviours is an outreach to all women and families.  We give gift baskets, and offer friendship to celebrate all joys and sorrows in a woman's life.  We also have a prayer chain that will pray for needs.  We are very proud of our church family.  We do not have regular meetings but we do have special gatherings throughout the year.  A great way to make friends is volunteering with serving refreshments at parish sacramental receptions and other church ministry events. God has a beautiful plan for womanhood, and desires us to nurture and share compassion, love and gentleness, and most of all a faith in Him.  Feel free to assist in events as often as you can.  Please email Susanne Llibre and become a member.  Suellibre@att.net
